The Trade Pad delivers products anywhere in Australia (subject to conditions).

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders and aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Our courier is Australia Post.

We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, to ensure you are satisfied.

We are happy to accept items for return, provided they are in their original, unused condition and sent in the original packaging within 14 days post delivery.

The Trade Pad will replace any product that is faulty or damaged. Any damages are required to be reported within 14 days of delivery.

If you have received the incorrect item from us, The Trade Pad will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you have purchased the incorrect product or would like to make an exchange, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping.
